Training
Our General Managers, Assistant Managers and Bakers participate in a six-week
comprehensive training program, which may take place outside of the market
of the employee's permanent location. Business expenses incurred while training
are reimbursed.
Customer Service Associates participate
in a thorough training program covering all duties and positions in the bakery-cafe at the bakery-cafe which they are hired.
